Registration with UniGePASS
Activate your UniGePASS credentials to complete the online application and access all services offered by UniGe.
- If you already have UniGePASS credentials, use them to log in and access the application form. To recover forgotten credentials, visit the page: ict.unige.it/unigepass-studenti
If you have never had UniGePASS credentials: register at servizionline.unige.it.
Documents to attach to the application
If you already possess UniGePASS credentials: submit your application for the course.
Submit the application by 12:00 PM (noon) on December 10, 2026.
Attach the following documents in PDF format to the online application:
- Copy of a valid ID (front and back)
- Curriculum vitaet servizionline.unige.it.
To apply for the “Faculty Developer” tutor scholarship, please also attach a motivation letter, as specified in Annex 2 of the call for applications.
Available and Reserved Places
The course offers 30 places, with a minimum of 10 enrolled participants required for activation, which can be expanded up to 40. If applications exceed 40, selection will be based on a ranking list derived from an evaluation of qualifications, according to the criteria specified in the call for applications.
By virtue of the agreement between UniGe and the TLC of the University of Turin, 6 supernumerary, free reserved places are provided:
- 3 places for UniGe employees (revenue stamps included)
- 3 places for UniTo employees (revenue stamps excluded)
The candidates have already been identified and nominated by their respective administrations.

Payment of enrollment fees
The enrollment fee is €1,856.00 (VAT exempt), plus €16.00 for the enrollment revenue stamp.
Payment is divided into three installments:
- First installment: €516.00 (inclusive of the enrollment revenue stamp) to be paid by December 21, 2026
- Second installment: €678.00 to be paid by March 20, 2027
- Third installment: €678.00 to be paid by June 5, 2027
Students who complete the course will be required to pay a €16.00 fee for the revenue stamp on the final certificate.
Enrollment Confirmation
Successful candidates must confirm their enrollment by December 21, 2026, by attaching the payment receipt for the first installment.
Applicants who do not complete their enrollment by the deadline will be considered to have withdrawn.
